David Cuthbertson MBCS

David Cuthbertson is a highly respected speaker on the issues of management controls and the practical documenting of infrastructure, who has worked closely with the BCS, ITSMF and others to promote best practice in IT Service Management.

David is Managing Director of Square Mile Systems Ltd and chair of the Service Management Specialist Group (SMSG). He also chairs the Academy of IT - which is developing vocational training programmes with a further education college.

Square Mile was founded in September 2004 to address the growing need for better management processes in IT departments and their outsourcing partners. Square Mile combines many years practical experience of documenting IT infrastructures, with formal training by the IOD and others in corporate governance and management processes.
